RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

1. Returns Policy:
  • Customers can return products within 3 days of product delivery.

  • A video must be recorded while open the box and product. 

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

  • To initiate a return, customers must contact customer service for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on the part of Prutiy Roots.

  • Refunds will be issued once the returned items are received and inspected.

 

2. Replacement Policy:
  • Customers can request replacements for damaged or defective items within 3 days of product delivery.

  • To request a replacement, customers must provide photographic and videographic evidence of the issue and contact customer service.

  • Prutiy Roots will cover the cost of shipping for replacement items in cases of damage or defects.

  • Replacements will be sent out once the issue has been verified by Prutiy Roots.

3. Exceptions:
  • Perishable or personalized items are not eligible for returns or replacements unless they arrive damaged or defective.
