RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
1. Returns Policy:

Customers can return products within 3 days of product delivery.

A video must be recorded while open the box and product.

Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

To initiate a return, customers must contact customer service for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on the part of Prutiy Roots.

Refunds will be issued once the returned items are received and inspected.
2. Replacement Policy:
