Suggestion For Use: Take required quantity of BioSlim Slimming Tea in one glass of water and boil it for 3-5 minutes according to strength required. Strain the decoction and add a touch of honey or lime juice to taste. Take 2-3 times a day or as desired.

Customers can return products within 3 days of product delivery. A video must be recorded while open the box and product.  Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. To initiate a return, customers must contact customer service for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on the part of Prutiy Roots. Refunds will be issued once the returned items are received and inspected.

2. Replacement Policy:

Customers can request replacements for damaged or defective items within 3 days of product delivery. To request a replacement, customers must provide photographic and videographic evidence of the issue and contact customer service. Prutiy Roots will cover the cost of shipping for replacement items in cases of damage or defects. Replacements will be sent out once the issue has been verified by Prutiy Roots.

3. Exceptions:

Perishable or personalized items are not eligible for returns or replacements unless they arrive damaged or defective. Returns and replacements are not accepted for products that have been opened or used unless there is a clear quality issue.

Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receiving the returned items.
